Commercial real estate investors see as a good bet

As of 2011 comes to a close, several commercial real estate experts found a promising sign in the market are often problematic.

The market Office is getting interest from investors amid a mixed bag of properties related to economic fundamentals such as improvements in work and business expansion, new survey shows.

Commercial Real Estate continues to offer interesting results compared to the alternative investment vehicles, says the quarterly poll respondents by consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.

“Despite sluggish U.S. economic outlook, the majority of surveyed investors see as a positive commercial real estate prices and play well,” said Mitch Roschelle, U.S. real estate advisory practice leader at PwC, as a brand of the company itself.

Investors bullish on the prospects for general office building, the largest commercial real estate sector. They expect to see residential stabilize and rent increases in most markets this year. Most interesting is the Office of the district which has an abundance of tenants in business technology or energy.
